Mr. Noor Muhammad Zakaria

Mr. Noor Mohammad Zakaria is the Director with over 44 years of diversified Trading and Industrial experience including operations.

Mr. Zainuddin Aziz, Chief Executive/Director

Mr. Zainuddin Aziz has joined the Modaraba after qualifying his BBA from Miami, Florida, USA and gained the experience of nearly 20 years with exposures to financing, trading and operations. His dedication and commitment has lead the Modaraba maintaining consistent performance over the period.

Mr. Zia Zakaria, Chairman

Mr. Zia Zakaria is the Director with over 31 years of diversified experience including operations and projects. He joined the group after completing his Bachelors in Science with majors in Finance & Marketing from USA and since then actively involved in the affairs of the company and the group with complete commitment & dedication.

Mr. Abdul Rahim Suriya (Independent)

Mr. Abdul Rahim Suriya is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) and the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan. He was elected as ICAP President for the year 2009-10. He has also served as an elected member of the Council of ICAP from 1997 to 2013. He has over 30 years experience in Accounting, Auditing, Corporate Finance and Operational Management. He is a visiting faculty at the IBA, KSBL and NIPA. Mr. Abdul Rahim Suriya is also a Professional Trainer and has conducted various training programs and workshops both in Pakistan and abroad. He is the Partner of Suriya Nauman Rehan n Co., Chartered Accountants an audit and accounting firm. He also is the Independent Director on the boards of Allied Engineering Management Company (Private) Limited, management company of Allied Rental Modaraba and UDL Modaraba Management (Private) Limited, management company of First UDL Modaraba.

Mr. Tausif Ilyas (Independent)

Mr. Tausif Ilyas is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP). He is also qualified from the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan and Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Pakistan. Mr. Tausif Ilyas possess over 30 years of experience in the field of accounting and finance. Worked with A.F Ferguson & Co. (PWC), ABV Rock Group(KSA), Siza Services, National Clearing Company, Tibah Airports Development Company (KSA) and partner Frants & Company Chartered Accountants. Presently, he is associated with Emergyinc as consultant. Mr. Ilyas is also the visiting Faculty at Institute of Business Administration (IBA).

Barrister Naheed Shiraz Merchant (Independent)

Barrister Merchant has more than 12 years of progressive Legal Affairs with different organizations. Currently, she is attached with institute of Business Administration as Head of Legal Affairs and Secretary. Earlier she was attached with Habib Metropolitan Bank Limited, Takaful Pakistan Limited, Bank Islami Pakistan Limited, Meezan Bank Limited and law firm M/s Ghulam Ali & Company.
